At the request of Spotsylvania County, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reviewed a traffic impact analysis that was submitted to the county as part of a rezoning proposal to build a raceway on Route 606, near Interstate 95 at Exit 118/Thornburg. 

VDOT received the analysis on January 24, 2013. 

VDOT's comments were shared with the raceway applicant and Spotsylvania County on Feb. 25, 2013.

VDOT received an amended traffic impact analysis on Friday, April 5, 2013. The analysis was sent to VDOT for review by Spotsylvania County.
