Project at a Glance
Project Details
This project will replace the E. Little Creek Road overpass, rehabilitate the Tidewater Drive underpass, and replace the traffic signal. The underpass rehabilitation will include a pump station reconstruction which will be completed by the locality. The Virginia Department of Transportation will manage the funding for this project and coordinate the EQ-429 environmental documents. The City of Norfolk will be managing the construction of this project.
Status: This project is in the early planning phase, with engineering design expected to be initiated in late 2012.
