Project Information
The purpose of this project is to upgrade the capacity and level of service of the existing Princess Anne and Kempsville Road Intersection. Improvements will be made along a 0.7 miles section of Princess Anne Road and a 0.8 mile section of Kempsville Road.
This project is being administered by the City of Virginia Beach.
