About the Project:
Crews will be performing a pave and patch overlay project on Route 58 East in Franklin and Southampton County. This project will pave 8.5 miles, from the Emporia city line to Route 704 in Southampton County. The Franklin Residency awarded the contractor in March and work began in April 2011.
