Project Details

This project is locally administered by the City of Virginia Beach and has $32.14 million in Capital Projects Revenue - CPR Bonds.The City of Virginia Beach is planning to develop this project as a design build project. 

The current schedule is to advertise by July 2014; however the project may advance faster due the fact that its a Design-Build.
