Randolph Landing Phase

This nearly seven-mile segment will be constructed by private developers to provide improved access to their communities as well as a new Henrico County park. VDOT is currently working with those developers and Henrico County to make sure that this portion of the Trail is designed and constructed to the same standards and specifications as the other phases of the Trail.

Cost: The Randolph Landing phase will be completely funded by the private sector, so no public money will be spent on the design or construction of this phase.

Status: If the properties are developed as planned, this phase of the Trail should be completed in 2009. However, this date is an approximation.
