Varina Phase

The Varina phase of the Virginia Capital Trail will be located entirely within Henrico County and will extend 10.5 miles from the Rockett's Landing development to Long Bridge Road (approximately 2 miles east of I-295). 

Cost: The cost for this phase of the Trail is approximately $9.5 million.

Status: A Public Hearing is scheduled for late 2011 and the project is expected to be advertised to potential contractors 2012.
