Varina Phase
The Varina phase of the Virginia Capital Trail will be located entirely within Henrico County and will extend from just east of the Richmond city limits at Almond Creek to the Four Mile Creek Park located east of I-295. It will be approximately six miles long.
Cost: The cost for this phase of the Trail will be estimated once environmental and right-of-way impacts have been evaluated. This will most likely occur in fall 2008.
Status: The Varina Phase is currently being surveyed and design will begin in late 2008.
