This project installed a new traffic signal at the intersection of Williamson Boulevard and Stonehouse Drive. 

Other improvements included:

At the intersection, Williamson Boulevard averages up to 16,000 vehicles a day and Stonehouse Drive averages 5,700.

Preliminary Engineering - $264,000
Right of Way Acquisition and Utility Relocation - $51,000
Construction - $500,000
Total - $815,000

This project was financed with federal and state funding including Highway Safety Improvement Program funds.

Benefits 

This project aimed to improve pedestrian and driver safety as well as operations at the intersection.
