Route 50 Traffic Calming Measures - Kenny's Column

The rain has finally slowed down enough for the contractor to make some headway at Gilberts Corner.  We will be opening Roundabout #4 at the intersection of Route 15 and Howsers Branch Drive (new connector road) and re-opening the newly reconstructed Route 15 section to Gilberts Corner.  

At the same time we will be closing Route 50 between Roundabout #2 (Route 50/Howser Branch Drive) and the traffic signal at Gilberts Corner.
