The new Lewistown Road bridge over I-95 was reconstructed to meet current bridge height standards at 16 feet, 5 inches. In addition, the bridge is wider to accommodate two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane. Turn lanes were also added to Lewistown Road at the I-95 intersections, truck stop and Airpark Road.
Major traffic impacts are complete. Drivers may experience minor delays as the project wraps up. The speed limit on Interstate 95 has been restored.
