Project Description
The existing Lewistown Road bridge over I-95 is 14 feet, 7 inches high--below the standard height for bridges. The reconstructed bridge will be 16 feet, 5 inches high to meet current standards. In addition, the bridge will be widened to accommodate two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane. Turn lanes will be added to Lewistown Road at the I-95 intersection, truck stop and Airpark Road.
