Project Details

The proposed project involves the relocation of an existing left turn at the Route 36 (Oaklawn Boulevard)/Route 144 (Temple Avenue) intersection and construction of a new ramp. The new ramp will allow drivers to make a double left turn from Temple Avenue onto eastbound Oaklawn Boulevard. A new signal will be installed at this intersection.

In addition, a third through lane will be constructed on eastbound Oaklawn Boulevard between Temple Avenue and Route 630 (Jefferson Park Road). A divided right turn lane onto Jefferson Park Road will be constructed at this intersection as well.

Traffic Impacts

Construction activities may involve some lane and ramp closures. Oaklawn Boulevard detours are not anticipated.
