Project: Statewide Surveying, Photogrammetry and Subsurface Utility Designation and Location
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional geospatial services including but not limited to aerial photography / LIDAR (aerial, terrestrial and mobile), GIS services, constructions surveys/stakeout, hydrographic surveying, global positioning, photogrammetry, topographic surveys, ancillary services (traffic control, title reports / commitments, etc.), UAS services and utility designation & location data on a statewide basis.
The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $4,000,000 per term.

Project: APPRAISER SERVICES
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) plans to make repairs to Rte. 258 Business over Cypress Creek Bridge in the City of Smithfield, which will necessitate narrative appraisals to include valuation of land, buildings and site improvements before the acquisition, the value of the acquisition and the value of the land, buildings and site improvements after the acquisition, including damages, if any to the remainder as a result of the acquisition for two (2) parcels identified as Parcels 001 and 002 (each parcel so identified, a “Parcel”) on the VDOT plans for the following Sate Highway Project: 0258-300-198, R201, UPC 108532 located Fr: 0.29 MI East of Jericho Rod To: 0.71 MI East Jericho Road, (the “Project”).
The Department of Transportations will need a NARRATIVE APPRAISAL for the acquisition of temporary and permanent utility easements. The anticipated construction period is three years. It appears, at a minimum, some of the existing parking will be temporarily impacted during the construction period.

Project: RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION SERVICES (FEDERAL AID PROJECTS)
The Virginia Department of Transportation is requesting proposals (RFP) from prequalified right of way consulting firms that wish to be considered for providing services necessary for acquisition of right of way on an "on call" basis during this one year contract period. There will be three (3) separate contracts issued, one (1) for each geographical area, described as Western Region – Salem, Bristol, Lynchburg and Staunton; Northeast Region – Northern Virginia (NOVA), Culpeper and Fredericksburg; Southeast Region – Richmond and Hampton Roads. Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional and /or surveying services requirements in order to establish baseline conditions and to monitor deformations, deflections, rotations, and vibrations of structures. The type of structures include, but are not limited to bridges, buildings, tunnels, islands, utilities, culverts, and walls throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as requested by the Department.
The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $7,000,000 per term.

Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services on an as needed basis for traffic studies, analysis, design and review of traffic signals, signs, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices, pavement markers / markings, guardrail, lighting, other roadway safety improvements, and for other traffic engineering related purposes.
