Ramp from I-66 West to Route 50 East Scheduled to Close Tonight, July 21, and Tomorrow Night, July 22, for Sign Installation
FAIRFAX – The ramp from I-66 West to Route 50 East will be closed tonight, Thursday, July 21, from midnight to 4 a.m., and tomorrow night, Friday, July 22, from midnight to 5 a.m. for overhead sign installation. This work is part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
Traffic will be detoured farther west to Route 286 (Fairfax County Parkway) South, stay to the right to I-66 East, then follow signs for Route 50 East.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
