WALKER ROAD PUBLIC HEARING SET FOR WEDNESDAY
Join VDOT Feb. 3 at Forestville Elementary School
GREAT FALLS —The Virginia Department of Transportation will hold a design public hearing Wednesday, February 3, on plans to replace the existing bridge and approaches of Route 681 (Walker Road) over Piney Run in Fairfax County.
The public can stop by to review and discuss plans between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at Forestville Elementary School, 1085 Utterback Store Road, Great Falls, VA 22066.
The meeting will be an open-house format with VDOT staff on hand to discuss project information and answer questions.
The bridge replacement is part of a $4.85 million project scheduled to begin construction in summer 2018.
