Coming Soon: FY 2020 SMART SCALE Round 4 Lynchburg District

In June 2021, eleven new projects were added to the Lynchburg District portion of the Six-Year Improvement Plan (SYIP) with the fourth round of SMART SCALE.  These eleven projects total approximately $154.5M in SMART SCALE funds.
